Wellbeing Walks

Walking our Way to a Healthier Lifestyle

This is a scheme that has been introduced in East Devon to encourage people of all ages including those with health and mobility problems, and those recovering from illness, to walk for their health.  These walks are led by qualified volunteer walk leaders, who have undergone the National Walking for Health training.

These walks are a mixture of town and country walks and are aimed at those who are doing very little or no exercise at the moment, but who would like to become more active.

Sid Valley Monday Walks 7th August 2023 - 5th Feb 2024

Sid Valley Wednesday Walks 17th May 2023 - 13th December 2023

Axminster Friday Walks 7th July - 29th December 2023

Exmouth Walks 7th October - 30th December 2023

Here is a selection of other walks that you may like to try - we'd love to hear how you get on!
