Westlands Sport and Fitness Centre has a spectacular brand new purpose built fully equipped 40 station fitness gym. It also includes two stunning exercise class studios, two freshly refurbished squash courts and a multi-use sports hall with an entirely new custom built floor.

I was worried that I wasn’t bendy enough for this class but the instructor was amazing and gave me options for all of the exercises. The other people were a down-to-earth, friendly bunch, who made me feel really welcome. Even just one class a week is enough to stretch and de-stress me – brilliant!
