Westlands Sport & Fitness Centre

What makes a good community leisure centre? We think it’s about putting great facilities on your doorstep. Then backing it all up with expert fitness instructors and exercise classes that are suitable for people of all ages and fitness abilities: from first-timers to dab-handers. That’s exactly what you will find at Westlands Sports & Fitness Centre. And there’s far more to our facilities than you may have realised. All of which are free to use for our Unlimited members.

Clubs at the centre are Westland Squash Club, U3A, Yeovil Table Tennis ClubJumping Beans Gym Club and Yeovil Badminton Club

I was worried that I wasn’t bendy enough for this class but the instructor was amazing and gave me options for all of the exercises.  The other people were a down-to-earth, friendly bunch, who made me feel really welcome.
