LED's Phear Park is situated in the heart of Exmouth and provides the perfect setting for a great day out!
Our onsite Cafe and facilities are open from the end of March to allow you to make the most of our long hot summer!
Why not while away the hours with our 18 hole Approach Golf or take the family for a game of tennis on our beautiful outdoor courts?
With FREE parking in the park its a perfect way to spend a summers day!
Cafe Opening Times
- Saturday 1 April to Sunday 16 April we are open from 10.00am to 4.00pm
- Monday 17 April we are open from 10.00am to 4.00pm
- Tuesday 18 April to Sunday 28 May we are open on Saturdays and Sundays from 10.00am to 4.00pm
- Monday 2 May we are open from 10.00am to 4.00pm
- Monday 29 May to Sunday 3 September we are open from 10.00am to 6.00pm
Don't forget that the tennis courts can also be booked through Exmouth Tennis & Fitness Centre!
Travelling from Exmouth town centre:
Take the main Exeter road out of the town centre (Exmouth Leisure Centre on your left at the roundabout). Go straight across the first set of traffic lights and take the second right turn into Lyndhurst Road. At the end of the road, turn right and then first left up the drive into the park. Follow the road up to the top of the park where you will find Phear Park cafe on the left hand side and FREE parking
Travelling from Exeter:
As you come into Exmouth, you will reach traffic lights with a fork in the road, keep to the left and go down Gypsy Lane with Exmouth Community College on your left. At the mini roundabout, turn right then first left up the drive into the park. Follow the road up to the top of the park where you will find Phear Park cafe on the left hand side and FREE parking
Travelling from Ottery/Honiton over Woodbury Common:
Travel across the common until you reach the fork in the road signed to Exmouth. Continue down this road and then on to Hulham Road. At the end of this road turn left and then almost immediate left at the traffic lights into Gypsy Lane with Exmouth Community College on your left. At the mini roundabout, turn right and then first left up the drive into the park. Follow the road up to the top of the park where you will find Phear Park cafe on the left hand side and FREE parking
