For Pay and Display Car Parking, continue over the zebra crossing and take the third exit off of the roundabout and turn right into the car park
We look forward to seeing you there!
I first started using the leisure centre when I moved here a few years ago. It has become so much more than somewhere for me to exercise, it’s my social hub. The staff are so friendly and for a small town the facilities on offer are fantastic!
I was worried that I wasn’t bendy enough for this class but the instructor was amazing and gave me options for all of the exercises. The other people were a down-to-earth, friendly bunch, who made me feel really welcome. Even just one class a week is enough to stretch and de-stress me – brilliant!

What's Stopping you Changing Your DietI strongly believe that food and nutrition is NOT just about science. Even with the perfect, textbook nutrition plan and most advanced training programme, obstacles, sticking points and difficulti...

It's All About The Carbs! We’ve all been there. Maybe it started as a conversation with your friends over dinner, or maybe you heard about the dangers of sugar on a Channel 4 documentary presented by a TV personality grossly underqualified to discuss nutrition Maybe you experienced it in your home as your beloved 18-year old pursued a leaner physique or maybe you gave it a go yourself. Either way, 99% of us will k...

The best thing about Yoga is that a little practi...
