Currently the exercise classes that we run from the Younghayes Centre and Cranbrook Education Campus are manged by LED's Ottery St Mary Leisure Centre with the aim of helping the people of Cranbrook keep active and healthy in their community
Exercise classes can be either booked through LED's Ottery St Mary Leisure Centre or why not just pop on down and join in the fun - everyone is welcome - we look forward to seeing you there!

Such a fun class, the instructor is a bundle of energy who inspires us all to work harder. She has excellent people skills and everyone enjoys her classes!
One of my favourite classes! The instructor keeps you moving, motivated and laughing throughout the whole time – one of the best ways I’ve found to keep fit – a great way to let off some steam!
Circuits has such a great atmosphere, everyone really gets stuck in whatever their level of fitness. It’s a great all over workout and the instructor keeps you going right up until the cooldown at the end
