Mother and Toddler sessions run across various LED centres.  The sessions were set up to encourage Mums back into fitness without the worry of childcare, offering Mums the opportunity to bring the children along to the sessions aswell!  After the session there is chance to grab a coffee and have a chat with other Mums.
