LED in the Community

Welcome to LED in the Community!

As part of our commitment to the communities we serve, we have established a thriving Community Sports and Health Development programme. Within this program we run projects in communities that do not have easy or any access to our facilities. These projects can greatly vary in what they offer, this could be walking or skateboarding, we even offer exercise classes such as Zumba!

We also regularly team up with other programmes, both on a local and national level and have recently joined up with the This Girl Can! campaign - take a look ...!

We are ready and waiting to help you get fit and exercise. We offer a range of classes run by instructors which can help you reach your goals.

Fear of judgement is stopping many of us from taking part in exercise.
But as thousands of women up and down the country are proving, it really doesn’t have to. - "This Girl Can!"
