How do I book a gym appointment?
To book a one to one, fitness programme, review or fitness test with one of our fitness team please come and visit us in centre or call the centre you wish to use - contact details for all centres can be found on the back of your membership card and here on the website
How do I book an exercise class or court space?
To book classes or court space please call the centre you wish to use, or come in and talk to a member of staff at reception. You can also log-in to the booking section on our website or download our app available from your appstore. You will need to use your Card ID - which can be found on the back of your membership card and your Online PIN - which can be found in the top right hand corner of your membership agreement. Members can book 8 days in advance
I’ve made a booking or have an appointment, what do I do next?
Please turn up slightly earlier than your booking and report to the reception team. They will ask you for your membership card to record your attendance, please ensure you have it with you. If you are here for a gym appointment, the fitness instructor that is scheduled to see you will be called to reception and will guide you from there. Likewise, if you are here to use a court space or attend an exercise class one of our staff will be happy to guide you if you do not know where to go - don't forget we're here to help you!
I can’t attend a gym appointment/class/court booking, what do I do?
If you wish to cancel an appointment with an instructor, class or court, please let us know. Please telephone your centre to cancel, giving at least 24 hours notice (tennis courts and lessons require 48 hours notice.). Phoning the centre allows us to give better service to our members as we can rebook your space
Does my membership allow me to use all LED Centres?
YES! As an LED member you are able to use all of our centres. If you want to swim, play golf, have archery or fencing lessons, or take part in group exercise classes, we have a diverse range of sporting activities that are included in your membership. Take a look at the locations section of this site to find out which centres run these different activities. You can also use the gym at any of our centres once you had completed your gym one to one. Phear Park, Seafield Gardens and Coburg Fields are also LED venues where you can make sure you make the most of your membership on those sunny days!
How do I use my free guest passes?
You will get some FREE Guest Passes in your Membership Welcome Pack - feel free to use the pass to bring a friend along as a guest! This could be for an exercise class, swimming, a racquet sport or a gym session. Guests must complete a gym introduction if they want to use the gym so it’s vital this is booked in advance. Non members must pay £25 for a gym intro. If you want to play doubles squash, badminton or tennis we have given 3 passes to allow you and three friends to play one session together
What are the Refer a Friend vouchers and how do I use them?
Working out with friends has many benefits - so if you have any friends or colleagues who sign up to a membership simply make sure they complete the voucher with your name and you will receive one month FREE! And the great news is this offer isn't restricted to just one friend - the more people you refer the longer you enjoy our facilities for free! This scheme is for existing LED members who refer friends who join LED on either UNLIMITED, AQUA, UNLIMITED UNDER 16 or INSPIRE 12 month agreements. An existing member cannot receive a free month for referring a new member that would qualify for joint discounts with the existing member
Can I upgrade or downgrade my membership?
We know that your circumstances can change so if you need to make any adjustments to your membership, simply pop in and speak to a member of the team who will be happy to talk through your options
