Gym & Group Exercise Time5.1 We aim to support our members enjoying our facilities and we ask members to be reasonable and considerate to other members with the amount of time spent in the centre, given the reduced capacity of classes and gym equipment availability5.2 As a result of the reduced capacity in some group exercise classes and in the gym areas, we would appreciate it if our members and customers limited themselves to advance booking no more than 3 sessions per week, until we return to full capacity and availability of activities.This way we hope to ensure as many people as possible still get time to enjoy fitness activities in our centres. However, there will be unlimited bookings within 24 hours of the session that members & customers can take advantage, even if they have already visited the centre on 3 occasions in a week.5.3 Gym sessions will need to be booked in advance and are for 45 minute periods to allow for increased cleaning protocols to be put in place.5.4 Group Exercise sessions will run for a maximum of 45 minutes - again to allow for additional cleaning protocols to be put in place in between classes.5.5 Please bring your own mat to Group Exercise classes. We will not be able to pass out mats during the initial reopening phase.5.6 Please ensure you do not stay on the same gym apparatus for a period of more than 10 minutes5.7 Members who continually exceed 3 advanced booked centre visits for gym or group exercises per week (regardless of the cancellation policy) may have their booking privileges suspended for 2 weeks.5.8 Please refer to LED Community Leisure’s cancellation policy.5.9 LED will constantly monitor the above in line with Government advice, customer feedback and operational experiences to ensure that we can provide the best and safest experience for our members[Sidebar Content] => )
