Fair Usage Policy

1. Cleanliness
1.1 There will be increased cleaning programmes put in place at all LED Community Leisure Centres
1.2 Please ensure you use the hand sanitizers situated around each centre.
1.3 All water fountains will be turned off - so please bring your own water bottles.
1.4 Please ensure you clean down apparatus after use

2. Respect
2.1 LED Community Leisure believes that its Members, Customers and Staff should treat each other with respect and courtesy and should always expect to be treated by others in the same manner.
2.2 LED Community Leisure has the right to exclude someone for bad behaviour without offering a refund for the exclusion period.

3. Social Distancing
Please always respect social distancing guidelines in operation - they are for all our benefits – in following the recommended Government advice. There will be signage around each centre to help guide you.

4. Bookings
Bookings can no longer be made in person at reception. Please make your booking over the phone, on-line or by downloading the LED Leisure App from the App Store.
LED Unlimited Members may book courts and classes up to 8 days in advance with payment if
  required
Non-Members may book courts and classes up to 7 days in advance with payment

5. Gym & Group Exercise Time
5.1 We aim to support our members enjoying our facilities and we ask members to be reasonable and considerate to other members with the amount of time spent in the centre, given the reduced capacity of classes and gym equipment availability
5.2 As a result of the reduced capacity in some group exercise classes and in the gym areas, we would appreciate it if our members and customers limited themselves to advance booking no more than 3 sessions per week, until we return to full capacity and availability of activities.
This way we hope to ensure as many people as possible still get time to enjoy fitness activities in our centres. However, there will be unlimited bookings within 24 hours of the session that members & customers can take advantage, even if they have already visited the centre on 3 occasions in a week.
5.3 Gym sessions will need to be booked in advance and are for 45 minute periods to allow for increased cleaning protocols to be put in place.
5.4 Group Exercise sessions will run for a maximum of 45 minutes -  again to allow for additional cleaning protocols to be put in place in between classes.
5.5 Please bring your own mat to Group Exercise classes. We will not be able to pass out mats during the initial reopening phase.
5.6 Please ensure you do not stay on the same gym apparatus for a period of more than 10 minutes
5.7 Members who continually exceed 3 advanced booked centre visits for gym or group exercises per week (regardless of the cancellation policy) may have their booking privileges suspended for 2 weeks.
5.8 Please refer to LED Community Leisure’s cancellation policy
5.9 LED will constantly monitor the above in line with Government advice, customer feedback and operational experiences to ensure that we can provide the best and safest experience for our members
