Planning Your Visit
Due to Tier 3 Restrictions We Are Currently Closed To The Public Until 12th April 2021
Here are some of our most frequently asked questions and information you might find useful when planning your visit
Covid-19 information
We have put a lot of measures in place to keep both customers and team members safe and you are welcome to read about these in our Risk Assessment displayed on the website.
Our cafe will be open for inside dining from 17th May 2021. Outside eating can commence from 12th April. along with a takeaway service.
Space indoors will be limited due to social distancing requirements, so if you would like to book a table, please call us on 01395 222477.
Currently, most shows have been rescheduled to a new date in 2021, although we do now have some entertainment available throughout December that you are able to purchase tickets for and all details are on our 'What's On' page.
This is an on-going process and when Govt guidelines change, we will update you as soon as we can.
Can I buy vouchers as a gift?
Yes, Pavilion Gift Vouchers make an ideal gift. Simply choose how much you'd like to buy, and you'll get a gift voucher ticket. This can be exchanged for any of our events, and doesn't need to be spent all at once. Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months. Please call us on 01395 222477 to purchase in any denomination you choose
Is there parking available?
There is a small pay & display car park, located opposite the building. Parking is free after 6pm. There are 2 dedicated spaces for blue badge holders.
If it's full, there is Pay & Display parking available all along the seafront
How do I book?
Bookings can be made either online, by telephone or simply pop in and speak to a member of the team
Book online
Customers booking online are able to choose their seats for shows. However there are circumstances where we ask that you call the box office direct, particularly if you are a wheelchair user or require special assistance.
There is a £2 per transaction booking fee for all bookings
WHEELCHAIR users are asked to telephone the box office, or call in person to book tickets as due to health and safety restrictions we only have limited seating areas that are suitable for wheelchair users. Please be aware that if you do book tickets online and the seat you have chosen is not suitable for your wheelchair, we may have to reallocate you to an alternative seat. Assistance Dogs are welcome
As a general rule we do not allow single seats to be left unoccupied when you are booking online. It is hard for us to fill lots of single seats, as most bookings are made for two or more people; and so our website will not let you leave an empty seat between booked seats or at the end of a row. If you receive this warning, please look elsewhere in the auditorium for your seats, or call the box office for further assistance.
Book in person
The Box Office at Exmouth Pavilion opens daily (Mon-Sun) at 9am until 5pm. On performance days the Box Office will remain open until 30 minutes after the advertised start of performance. As of 1st January 2017, there will be a £2 booking fee for transactions over the counter.

Are concessions and discounts available?
Discounts and special offers may be limited or subject to availability and are at the discretion of each show. Unless otherwise stated, concessions and discounts cannot be combined or used in conjunction with other offers. When available, concession rate tickets are usually available to children, full-time students, senior citizens and those who are registered disabled. Again, it's important to note these will vary dependant on show.
Unless permitted by the show we are not able to offer free tickets to carers
Group bookings
Group discounts are available at many performances; details available at the Box Office. Our usual policy is that when you buy 9 tickets together you will receive a 10th ticket free
PLEASE NOTE GROUP BOOKINGS SHOULD NOT BE BOOKED ONLINE
Can I make reservations?
Reservations can be made for bookings of 10 people or more. We will require a non-refundable 10% deposit and tickets will be held for 7 days. After this time, tickets will be released for general sale and the deposit will be lost.
Can I get a refund?
Tickets are non-refundable except in the case of a cancelled performance. Where a show reschedules, your tickets will be automatically transferred across to the new date. If you can't make the new date then a credit to the value of the tickets will be made to your account for you to use another time.
Can I exchange my ticket?
At our discretion, ticket exchanges may be available for performances of the same production, subject to a fee of £1.50 per ticket. This offer excludes group bookings of 10 or more tickets. Resales will only be offered where a performance has sold-out, subject to a fee of £1.50 per ticket
