Covid-19

Covid-19 information from 19th July 2021.

With the Govt decision to lift most of the Covid-19 restrictions from the 19th July, it means that most of the things we did at the Pavilion pre-Covid can now start again.

However, we will be keeping some measures in place to keep both customers and team members safe 

  • We will leave the QR code available for you to particiapte in track and trace should you wish
  • Sanitiser stations will remain up 
  • We will ask that where possible you continue to social distance when queuing
  • Between shows in the hall we will continue to 'fog' the space in order to kill off any bacteria
  • Whilst no longer mandatory you are more than welcome to continue to wear a face covering if you wish to.

The cafe will be open and customers will now be able to order from both the cafe counter and the bar. 

Tickets for shows will be sold without social distancing requirements and social dancing is now permitted, so the Tuesday Tea Dance will also recommence.

All of the toilets will be open but these will be for customer use only.  The nearest public toilets are at the side of Ocean on Queens Drive.

 

The Box Office will be open for ticket sales, please call 01395 222477 (please leave a message if we are not available and we will get back to as soon as possible) or book online at https://www.ledleisure.co.uk/exmouth-pavilion. You can call into the Box Office in person, daily from 9am until 5pm - later on show nights.

Please remember that as all shows have now been rescheduled and everyone made aware of the changes some time ago, we now revert back to our standard policy, where tickets are now non-refundable unless we have proof of you being advised to isolate due to test and trace.
