Seaton's Rave in a Cave 

On August 18th Seaton Fitness Centre took Group Exercise to a whole new level!

Teaming up with Beer Quarry Caves, our fitness team invited members to join them for a first of its kind subterranean Dancefit session.

Dressed in glow-in-the-dark training kit, participants were led down to an underground studio filled with neon lights, glitter balls, glowsticks and Stalagtites.

Following a workout led by our brilliant instructor Vanessa, members enjoyed a refreshing glass of Prosecco and a well earned BBQ overlooking the Beer countryside.

Following the popularity of the event, we are delighted to announce further underground activities will be coming soon.

The great Dino Hunt

On Monday 28^th of August LED hosted a Dino Hunt that took place all across Exmouth.

Families followed the treasure hunt clues posted on our Facebook page in order to locate Ledley the dinosaur, with the promise of prizes such as a free children's birthday party, to the first person to find Ledley at each location.

The event received great participation, with unanimously positive feedback from all the families involved.

After the success and interest generated from the competition, we look forward to launching more in the coming weeks. So keep an eye out for Ledley!

Get Active Changes

We care about all our members and gym users, so we follow the guidelines from UK Active.

Did you know they have recently changed their guidance on prescribed exercise for under 16’s? This is great news as it opens up more options for your children to exercise safely in LED Community Leisure gyms.

Due to the varying levels of supervision in our gym’s the guidance for under 16 will differ from gym to gym. 

Changes:

Honiton, Exmouth LC, Seaton, The Hangar

14+ can have access to the gym at any time when the gym is supervised by a team member.

11-13 years can only attend Get Active Sessions

11 – 13 years can attend outside of Get Active Session with a responsible person

Ottery, Sidmouth, Exmouth TC, and Bucklers

11–15-year-olds can only attend the Get Active Sessions

11 – 15 years can attend outside of Get Active Session with a responsible person

Showtime at the Pavilion
