Mental Wellbeing is important focus for everyone at LED Community Leisure. On Wellbeing Wednesday we will share links with some great support for those who need it, including links to great local walks with EDDC.
Our Body Balance, Pilates and Thai Yoga classes are designed with an emphasis on the mind, body and spirit, giving you the control to power up your body, get active and take time out. Book a class at Seaton Fitness Centre or join Tash for an online live streamed class via the LED Leisure App.
Feel Good Friday
Another week done, and the weekend is nearly upon us. Join Vanessa at Seaton Methodist Hall for Dance fit at 9.15am. Dance Fit is an energetic mix of jazz and fast-paced dance music. Starting with a warm up and stretching, then move through a series of dance routines, often set to popular or latin music. Book via the LED Leisure app.
