More Information & Bookings

Step 2: 12th April

Gym

We are pleased to announce in line with the current government roadmap, our gyms are due to reopen on Monday 12th April. All gym sessions are bookable ahead of time. LED customers can book gym sessions 8 days in advance, via the LED app. Walk-ins are permitted if spaces are available, however we strongly advise booking ahead of time to avoid disappointment. For more information please visit our FAQs page.

We have increased our capacity and extended our gyms into our studio and squash court spaces and introduced 'Workout Pods' for those that want to get back on a spin bike, swing a kettlebell around or use a Body Pump barbell to help develop your strength and conditioning.

Swimming

Junior Swimming Lessons

Our swimming pools at Exmouth and Honiton Leisure Centres are due to reopen on Monday 12th April.

Junior swimming lessons will resume from Monday 12th April at the same timings as they were before this lockdown period. You do not need to rebook, but please contact your local site if you need to change your child's lesson time.  Any credit due from lessons already paid for will be honoured. For more information please contact us on the details below:

  • Exmouth Leisure Centre: exmouthswimschool@ledleisure.co.uk
  • Honiton Leisure Centre: honitonswimschool@ledleisure.co.uk

All swimmers must arrive ‘pool ready’ and line up outside the centre 5 minutes prior to lesson start time. On arrival, please collect a sanitised basket and place all shoes and socks inside before entering poolside.

Due to the amount of time children have had out of lessons, swimmers in Stage 2 and below are expected to be accompanied by an adult in the pool.

Please note, only 1 parent/guardian is permitted per child aged under 8 years. Children over 8 years do not require a parent/guardian in the building during their lesson. Parents/guardians should find a socially distanced space around poolside to watch their child’s lesson from whilst refraining from using mobile phones for safeguarding reasons.

Showers and changing rooms are available after your lesson at Exmouth only (NOT Honiton), but we kindly ask you to minimise time showering to allow us time to fully sanitise between sessions.

*Times and dates in video below may vary from above text. Please refer to above text for up to date information.

For more information please visit our Online Swim Timetable.

Unfortunately, due to an unplanned emergency building system issue Sidmouth Swimming Pool will not reopen until Monday 26th April. We apologise to all members affected and will update you as soon as possible. We encourage Sidmouth Swimming Pool members to try our facilities at Honiton and Exmouth during this time.
