An Interview With Funny Man Joe Pasquale

LOOK WHO'S TALKING....This month it's JOE PASQUALE

Fresh from his weekly appearance on A NIGHT AT THE PALLADIUM, we have funny man Joe Pasquale with us at Exmouth Pavilion on 3rd August.

We caught up with him to ask him a few nosey questions ....

Who was your hero when you were younger?

David Essex... I used to do impressions of him, and when I hosted the Paul O Grady Show he was my first guest and I  did my impression of him.... plus my Dad was my hero.

·    What do you consider your greatest achievement?

Still being in the business that I love after 30 years.... plus getting my Private Pilot’s License

·     For people who want to follow in your path what are 3 things you should NEVER do in this business?

Don't fart on stage....don’t cry on stage.... if you're a man  don’t dye your hair.... it looks orange.

What was the last picture you took on your mobile phone?

A spider

What 4 people, dead or alive, would you love to have a dinner party with?

Professor Brian Cox,  Jesus, Brian Blessed, and Peter Andre, Peter is my friend, I can have him round whenever I like.  So is Brian.

What would you be doing if you weren’t in the entertainment business?

I’d be an airline pilot

What’s your greatest childhood memory?

·         Winning a fancy dress competition as the queen... I won a Brownie camera.

Do you have any special requests when you’re on tour?

Only at the Travelodge... which is can they not hoover outside my room at 8.00 am in the morning

If you had to do Dancing on Ice or Celebrity Jungle again, which would you prefer and why?

I’d do the Jungle any time….I loved it.  I love getting away from technology, like phones and computers.   They kill any social interaction and stifle the brain.  I’m so glad I had a childhood without technology where I could actually play rather than watch a screen.

·     We have a special request for your return to Exmouth, can you sing, ‘I know a song’? We would love a rendition that lasts the full second half of the show!

Yes I can sing that.

If you'd like to get up close and personal with Joe this summer, call the box office on 01395 222477 for ticket availability now!
