LED’s Step exercise classes at Wincanton Leisure Centre are for everybody and every body!

This workout brings together the incredible toning and strengthening power of step aerobics with some fun routines to give you a great all round cardio workout

Low intensity and high intensity moves are mixed up in an interval style fat and calorie blasting exercise class

With particular focus on the lower body, your legs and glutes can’t help but be toned and tightened in this ever popular class that has stood the test of time.  It's guaranteed to not only perk up your bottom but also your whole day!
