LED's Low Impact Aerobics class at Wincanton Sports Centre is a great fat burning workout that helps improve your stamina and develops and tones your muscles – you’ll be having so much fun you won’t even realise you’re working out!

A total body workout comes from the carefully selected moves and grooves designed to work the key target areas of your body – legs, upper body and core.  The moves are repeated so they are easy to pick up leaving you to concentrate on putting your maximum effort into this absorbing and stimulating exercise class

Flexibility, co-ordination and agility will all be improved whilst your cardiovascular system is put to the test  in this classic exercise class that still delivers even after all these years!

Whether you are just starting out into exercise classes or you are a seasoned pro – our aerobics classes will give you the perfect all round workout every time
