Legs, bums, and tums are often considered the worst parts of the body when it comes to shifting unwanted fat. LED’s LBT classes at Wincanton Sports Centre give you a fun filled but effective way to help tone up your wobbly bits!

With a little bit of time and regular attendance, our LBT class will help you change your body shape and give you a firmer bum, tighter tum and leaner legs!

Our classes generally start with a gentle warm up to get your body moving before the real workout commences, then there is a good chance that you will have to get on the floor and give your abs a good workout.

Your legs will get going with lunges, step aerobics and all sorts of simple moves including squat exercises, all great for building strength and toning up your thighs and bottom

LBT is  the perfect class if you want to lose weight as it is fantastic calorie burner.  It is also fabulous for those who just generally want to get fit and raise their stamina with some aerobic exercise
