HIIT classes make you work hard in intense bursts of activity mixed in with a brief recovery time kicking your metabolism into overdrive – this is what we call the after burn – and after one of these classes you’ll know what we’re talking about!

These short 30 minute classes will strengthen and tone all you major muscle groups giving you a full body workout that maximises fat and calorie burning. 

HIIT classes will hit that hot spot for you if you are looking for a fabulous workout  but are short of time – a totally awesome way to train!
