LED's Fitball classes here at Wincanton Sports Centre use these fun and effective oversized balls that challenge your stability and balance to the core

One of the best things about using a Fitball as opposed to just exercising on a hard surface, is that as your body responds to the instability of the ball it automatically has to engage more muscles – meaning you're working harder without even realising it!

In particular it can help target those core muscles that lie deep within your body that are impossible to see from the outside including the notoriously hard to reach pelvic floor – resulting in helping you improve your posture, mobility and  balance
