Aqua Zumba® classes at LED's Wincanton Sports Centre are held every week so you know that the reduced impact on your joints in these exercise classes means you can really let loose. With the water creating natural resistance, every step provides more challenge than a dry class and so will help tone your muscles even more than ever
Aqua Zumba® combines some of the traditional elements of aqua fitness classes with the upbeat, Latin-infused dance moves and music Zumba® fitness is famous for. The low-impact nature of AquaZumba® makes it a brilliant class for both beginners and Zumba fitness enthusiasts alike!
As the moves are performed at a slower pace than on land you don't have to be a dancer to be successful in this class since the fancy footwork is kept to a minimum. Don’t worry – you still get a great workout from the resistance the water creates against your body while you are shaking your moves in the water
Working out in water can prevent overheating, helping you exercise for longer and as water is 800 times denser than air so you will get a better work out with a smaller risk of injury than if you were exercising on land - so with classes held every week why not come on down and shake your shimmy with us in the pool
