Every week here at Wincanton Sport Centre this high energy class is packed with fun and fast paced aerobic routines that will get your mind and body pumping to the beat of the music

A great fat burning workout that helps improve your stamina and develops and tones your muscles – you’ll be having so much fun you won’t even realise you’re working out!

A total body workout comes from the carefully selected moves and grooves designed to work the key target areas of your body – legs, upper body and core.  The choreography is repeated so its easy to pick up leaving you to concentrate on putting your maximum effort into this absorbing and stimulating exercise class

Flexibility, co-ordination and agility will all be improved whilst your cardiovascular system is put to the test  in this classic exercise class that still delivers results even after all these years!
