At Westlands Sport and Fitness Centre BODYCOMBAT™ classes you’ll strike your way to a fitter, stronger you, improving cardio and learning self-defence skills as you release your inner warrior
It’s a full on hour of fitness, with a pumping soundtrack and our truly inspiring instructors who are there every kick of the way to keep you motivated on one of the two classes that are held during the week
Learning moves from Karate, Taekwondo, Boxing, Muay Thai, Capoeira and Kung Fu – our team of Les MiIls instructors will not only explain and coach you through every move – options will be given to increase or decrease the intensity of your workout so you can give it as much or as little as you want!
Mixing this combination of combat and defence moves from a wide range of disciplines, this world-famous workout may not be easy, but it will give you an amazing all over body workout that leaves you feeling strong, powerful and full of energy!
All BODYCOMBAT™ classes change every three months to continue to challenge and push you – all you need to do is bring your best fighter attitude and leave your inhibitions at the door!
I tried combat for the first time today and smiled throughout the whole class because I loved it so much! Music blaring out jumping punching and kicking – what a great way to work off those biscuits!
