At LED's Studio Cycling Circuits class at Sidmouth Leisure Centre your fitness will be put to the test as you pedal your way through the hills, sprints and exercises with one of our infamous instructors – giving you a workout that is guaranteed to fire up your fitness every time!
High speed intervals are alternated with chances to catch your breath so it’s one of the best classes for smashing through those calories and stripping fat, and the high energy buzz brings a rush of endorphins that will leave you on a real high – be warned – you’re going to get sweaty!
30 minutes later you will move onto Circuits - the staple class for anyone who wants to improve their strength and aerobic fitness levels with a format that has stood the test of time for good reason
Mixing a variety of exercises performed in succession, the time between exercises in circuit training is short, often with rapid movement to the next exercise. This type of exercise class will ensure you push yourself to achieve your desired results
