LED's Core Balance here at Sidmouth Leisure Centre is suitable for all ages and abilities so why not come along and enjoy this popular exercise class with our imaginative instructors in an atmosphere that makes working out fun

If you have any issues with your lower back then this could be the class for you as problems can often be traced back to weak abdominal muscles and a lack of core strength

Traditional sit ups will only work a small part of the complex core muscular system – and unlike other muscle groups the abdominal muscles can be worked every day.  This class will teach you a variety of exercises that will activate and engage muscles you didn’t even know you had!  

Core Balance is a great addition to your regular workout regime and taking part in a class under the guidance of one of our inspiring instructors  is a great way to ensure you exercise with the proper form and technique
