LED support you every step of the way with our tried and tested three step journey
Here at Seaton Fintess Centre we're with you every step of the way to achieving your health and fitness goals in the gym
Step 1 – Gym Introduction
Following a brief health screening, we will help you identify clear goals, objectives and guide you through the safe and effective use of the gym equipment
Step 2 – Fitness Programme
An opportunity to review equipment, create a personalised gym programme, analyse nutritional status and provide feedback to ensure you are working towards the goals set out in Step 1. We will also book your review for 3 to 4 weeks time
Step 3 – Programme Review
The Health and Fitness team will measure your progress, identify areas to challenge and provide you with the new skills and knowledge to realise your potential towards the next
step in your journey
We Don’t Stop There!
Whether you are a regular gym user, or new to exercise, our Health and Fitness teams are able to motivate and ensure you have a thorough understanding of what you are doing and why. Our fitness assessment gives you even more understanding of your current fitness levels, areas of strength, and helps identify areas to improve
Your Unlimited LED membership includes full access to LED gyms and all of the support above, to help ensure you get started in the best possible way and keep it going!
As a larger than average lady I was nervous about going to the gym after having my son five years ago. The gym team have been amazing supporting me, I now regularly attend classes and the gym.
