For some the traditional yoga class can sometimes be a little slow – so here at LED's Seaton Fitness Centre we bring you Yoga Fitness where we combine a lot of the traditional yoga moves but up the tempo
Postures are simple, progressive and challenging - the emphasis is on helping you to become focused, stronger and more relaxed whilst providing you with a cardio element to help improve your circulation and work your heart & lungs
Yoga can help you sleep better, feel more energised and help you move more easily, the low impact postures and combination of heart raising movements in Yoga will also help to keep your joints healthy

I’ve tried a couple of yoga classes but found them a little too slow – this class is great as not only does it keep you going the whole time but I can work my muscles and do my cardio all in one session!
