Teen Gym sessions run throughout all of our gyms and aim to encourage confidence and independence in developing a healthy and active lifestyle
Teen Gym at Seaton Fitness Centre makes improving your fitness and getting active fun for those aged between 11 and 15 years old!
As with anyone new to the gym, a full introduction will need to be done before you can attend any of the sessions. These can be done either individually or in pairs and will give you everything you need to know to get you started in the gym
During the introduction we will help you identify clear goals, objectives and guide you through the safe and effective use of the gym equipment. Once this has been carried out you will be able to attend as many sessions as you wish!
A fully personalised programme will be created around your goals and objectives, and each session you will be encouraged to record your progress and any changes made so you can look back and see how far you have come!
A fully qualified instructor will always be on hand to not only ensure you exercise safely but will also be able to provide guidance on how you can develop your gym programme with confidence. But watch out – they may also throw in the occasional gym challenge – just to see how much fun you can get into your fitness!
Sessions run every day of the week and due to the popularity of these sessions we strongly advise that you book your place to make sure you don’t miss out!
