Mindfulness Meditation practices the art of meditation by bringing your mind to focus on being in the present moment.

Classes are run by Katherine who is a qualified and insured Mindfulness Meditation teacher who has taught for over 12 years at her retreat in Brittany, France

Mindfulness Meditation helps you work with the breath and the mind.  It can be used to help with anxiety, stress, sleep problems, pain control and can help regain calm in a very hectic and busy world

Mindfulness Meditation is not a religious practice and there are no unusual postures for you to adopt.  We will be teaching various ways of mindfulness meditation, including quick 5 minute meditations, walking meditation and guided meditations.  We will also show you how you can create your own meditation practices that can easily be incorporated into your daily life

These classes are designed for anyone completely new to meditation alongside those of you that meditate regularly, there will also be a question and answer session at the end of each class.  There's no need to wear any specific clothes, just something lose and comfortable and feel free to bring along a blanket or something warm to wrap up in
