LED’s Kettlercise ® classes at Seaton Fitness Centre are one of the most effective fat burning sessions designed to re shape and sculpt the body like never before proving that five years of development and testing has resulted in a system that produces results!
Classes follow an hour long structure with a sequence of exercises set in a class routine that works every major and minor muscle group
Using smaller Kettlebell weights - generally 2kg to 8kg for women and 4kg to 10kg for men - 37 blood pumping Kettlebell exercises are performed for a minute at a time giving you a complete body workout
One of my favourite classes of the week – it works my whole body but I can really feel my abs working on nearly every exercise! The instructor is fab at keeping my technique right and keeping me moving right up until the end of the class!
