But don’t worry – this class is for everyone and anyone – you don’t need to be super fit or be able to display great feats of strength – all you need is to turn up and join in – our instructor will do the rest!

What a brilliant class – really pushed me much further than I would have done in the gym – great variety of exercises with some bits of kit I’ve not used before – will definitely be going back!
