LED's Body Conditioning exercise class at Seaton Fitness Centre is a great fat burning workout that helps improve your stamina and develops and tones your muscles! You’ll be having so much fun you won’t even realise you’re working out!

A total body workout comes from the carefully selected moves and grooves designed to work the key target areas of your body – legs, upper body and core.  Our instructors use a range of body weight exercises, light weights with high repetitions and resistance bands to keep your workout mixed up every time!

Flexibility, co-ordination and agility will all be improved whilst your body is put to the test during this staple exercise class that delivers every time!

Whether you are just starting out into exercise classes or you are a seasoned pro, Body Conditioning classes will give you the perfect all round workout every time
