Metafit is the high intensity workout that includes a series of body-weight exercises with interval style training. These classes are designed to keep your body burning calories long after your training session is complete

Created by a former Royal Marine Commando, Metafit™ combines the latest HIIT training and Tabata techniques with traditional old school bodyweight exercises.  The sessions work on the premise that in order to burn fat, you need to boost your resting metabolism - the result after this class is a metabolism that has been set on fire!
