This is the class for you!
Unfortunately, swimming pools and all pool based activities are not currently available.
If you are confident swimmer (comfortably swim 25m of the strokes recognised as front crawl, backstroke and breaststroke) you are welcome to start at this session.
On your first session we will do an assessment to find out your personal goals and then give you the best drills to better your stroke and stamina.
Ask yourself a few of the following questions to determine if this is the right session for you.
