Yoga is an ancient practice originating in India using poses and breathing techniques that are simply brilliant tools for today’s uber fast world - strengthening your body and soothing your mind

For some the traditional yoga class can sometimes be a little slow – so  here at LED's Honiton Leisure Centre we bring you Yoga Fitness where we combine  a lot of the traditional yoga moves but up the tempo

Postures are simple, progressive and challenging  - the emphasis is on helping you to become focused, stronger  and  more relaxed whilst providing you with a cardio element to help improve your circulation and work your heart & lungs

Yoga can help you sleep better, feel more energised and help you move more easily, the low impact postures and combination of heart raising movements in Yoga will also help to keep your joints healthy 

Whatever your age or fitness you will improve your strength, flexibility and balance while discovering an inner Zen through breathing and mindfulness.  Yoga is much more than a workout, it’s a way of being!
