Studio Cycling is a vigorous class that takes place on stationary bikes with a group of other apparently tireless people pedalling through fast and thumping tunes – it's fun and exhilarating all at once!
One of the best things about an LED Studio Cycling class is that you are the one in control of your workout. Our instructors can guide you on how to set the tension on your bike – but you ultimately set it to your own level of fitness. Over the weeks you can work your way up the levels to challenge your strength and stamina and create a workout that moves at a pace that suits you
High speed intervals are alternated with chances to catch your breath so it’s one of the best classes for smashing through those calories and stripping fat, and the high energy buzz brings a rush of endorphins that will leave you on a real high – be warned – you’re going to get sweaty!

I have been studio cycling since January and I love it! I know that sounds mad, I didn´t think exercise could be this much fun, but it is! The instructor makes a relaxing and fun environment, and it's not intimidating at all, I can set my own level for each track so I can go as easy or as hard as I like!
