I have been a Personal Trainer since 1993 and have experience working with clients wanting weight management, remedial exercise, or to improve their core, flexibility and general toning. Jane Garner

My jobs within LED have varied from Walk Leader to Development Co-ordinator. Currently I am part of the YMCA team acting as co-ordinator, verifier, assessor and tutor.  I teach numerous classes and have worked at nearly all of LED's Leisure Centres

I am generally interested in people, from the newly qualified instructor, nurturing and developing their skills, to the client with limited movement and pain.  I use my personal trainer qualification with my clinical, remedial and sport therapy and my working experience and qualifications to enable clients to fulfil functional movement as pain free and symmetrically as possible.  Pain inhibits us and impedes us but with the correct approach to training and therapy we can achieve a lot more.  Why choose me?  Well I will make you make hard but you will laugh twice as harder!

I have been working within the Leisure Industry for over 7 years, in which time I have worked with all manner of clients, all with individual goals ranging from sports specific to rehabilitation from serious injuries and illness.

I have been working with LED since 2015 and have completed many qualifications along the way. I'd love to help everyone with their exercise and nutritional needs, I'm passionate about nutrition and weight training. Ash Wallis

I have been working for LED since 2017. I’m passionate about both strength-based and functional training, with a strong interest in nutrition for performance. I’m always happy to share my knowledge, so please feel free to ask any questions. 

Since the age of 8, I trained for 10 years as an Acrobatic Gymnast. I achieved a lot in my career, competing Nationally and Internationally. In 2013 I broke the World Record for the most forward rolls in one minute (75), and in  2016, I became British Champion. I currently compete in the world of CrossFit, which is a newly found love of mine.

Customer stories

This year I entered my fourth Race for Life and decided to walk the first part, then aim to run towards the finish of the 5K course.  After the first few hundred yards my friend remarked that I seemed much fitter than in previous years.  I explained that I have been helped by a personal trainer, Vladka Juroskova in Honiton for some time now and that her careful and thorough guidance had made a such great difference. Although I started from the back of the pack, we finished the course in just under 60 minutes, and by then not at the back!

So thank you, Vladka, all your efforts and patience are much appreciated.  I am really looking forward to the next race in 2018!
