Come to Honiton Leisure Centre for the incredible Boogie Bounce - it's a fabulous and fun way to get your workout done! This complete exercise class is done on a mini trampoline with a satefy bar and is choreographed to some amazingly bouncy tunes!
The intense cardio combined with the resistance of the mat on the trampoline makes sure that every muscle in the body is worked!
Anyone and everyone can do this at their own pace whilst gaining the impressive health results that are normally associated with high impact aerobic classes, without even realising it!
For those aged between 14 and 16 years old, we run a dedicated Teen Boogie Bounce class every Monday at 3.15pm
