LED's Referral sessions are available to anyone who has been referred by their GP or Health Professional onto our programmes that enables people to benefit from supervised physical activity.
FORCE Cancer Referrals, PULSE GP Referrals, Cardiac Rehab Phase 3 & 4, Weight Management, Escape Pain, Good Boost, strength & Balance and Walking for Health are all available to you through us here at LED
