Geoff Miller


Whether you’re training for your favourite sport, for a race, injury prevention or just to lose weight, I can give you a fun and creative programme to challenge and push you past what you thought you could achieve. I will help you set achievable goals and give you all the tools you need to reach them. I will track your progress and give you regular feedback about your performance. Together we will work through plateaus and adapt your routine to continually challenge your body.

Fitness for me isn’t about breaking records or being the best. It’s about striving everyday to be better than you were yesterday. With the right attitude you can achieve anything!

Since becoming a Personal Trainer it has been a pleasure to coach my clients and see them progress and achieve their goals, realising they can do so much more than they ever thought they could!

I have recently left the British Army, where my mental and physical  determination was tested daily. Alongside being a soldier, I was lucky enough to represent the woman's AGC triathlon team, competing and attending training workshops all over the world

I now enjoy a much easier lifestyle teaching primary school children, gym instructing and Personal Training. I also do crossfit and weightlift alongside my jobs. I regularly compete in both disciplines, and it's been a good but extremely full on year of training for me

I do enjoy all aspects of maintaining a healthy lifestyle, from running, to yoga, spinning, swimming, baking and cooking. I also love to help others develop a passion for a leading a healthy lifestyle, so please come and speak to me if this is something you would like to start, or if you want any advice on your current routine or work out programme

Ryan Belford


With a background of over a decade in Kempo Ryu kickboxing, Thai boxing and traditional boxing combined with a love of all activities ranging from tennis to weight lifting I have a large pool of training experience to draw upon

Whether your goals are to increase muscle mass, improve tone and definition, help with weight loss or train for a sporting event I can use my years of practical and theoretical knowledge as a Personal Trainer to create a fun, varied and challenging programme to meet your requirements

My training approach is tailored specifically to every individual as I believe that each client responds differently. Through our consultation we will find together what really drives you so your unique sessions can provide you with the confidence and motivation to realise your physical potential and inspire you to achieve your goals!

Lyndsay Wright


I found my passion for fitness after having my second child and I enjoy it so much decided to pursue a career in the fitness industry.  I enjoy coaching, mentoring and motivating others and helping them to reach their own personal goals. I have inherited valuable experience whilst taking part in varied exercise programs and routines including mixed martial arts fitness, HIIT, circuit training and outdoor boot camps. This has inspired me to adapt my own training programs and I would like to inspire others to do the same.  

I am very passionate about health and fitness and I can tailor a programme to help you to achieve your goals whether it’s to improve your health and wellbeing, weight loss, tone up, or simply have more energy to enjoy life

I specialise in pre and post natal exercise, so if you are looking to maintain your fitness throughout your pregnancy or looking to lose the pregnancy weight, I can help to design specific programmes for your needs
