LED's ever popular Cardio Tennis classes here at Exmouth Tennis & Fitness Centre follow a tried and tested format that delivers an amazing tennis-based fabulously fun cardio blast every time! 

Class numbers are kept small ensuring that you have your tennis coach's undivided attention as you weave your way over agility ladders, cardio balls, and run, leap and bound your way around the court

The cardio section of the class is your chance to hit loads of shots, including forehands, backhands, serves and volleys, all mixed with a variety of fitness activities.  

The last slice of the session is where you put your shots into practice in a short fun tennis game where your teammates will be with you all the way

And no – you don’t need to be good at tennis - Cardio Tennis is for anyone who wants to get fit and have a go – the class moves along quickly, so no one will be judging your skills, so it doesn’t matter where the ball goes!
