We have TWO different types of Bootcamp classes for you here at Exmouth Tennis & Fitness Centre.  Choose from Bootcamp or we have Active Mums Bootcamp just for you mums out there!

Our high energy instructors carefully construct sessions designed to target all your major muscle groups for a one stop shop to the best workout of the week!

But don’t worry – this class is for everyone and anyone – you don’t need to be super fit or be able to display great feats of strength – all you need is to turn up and join in – our instructor will do the rest!

You’ll challenge your muscles and certainly test your metal in this dynamic and exhilarating class.  Using a range of diverse and demanding equipment every session is sure to deliver the mix of mental and physical challenges you need to find out what you’re made of!

We love this class so much we have a number of different classes for you to choose from - come along to our Bootcamps every Sunday at 9:10am or Tuesday at 6.30pm, you will certainly be put you through your paces!

Our Active Mums Bootcamp is held every Monday at 10.00am and is specifically designed for all you mums out there.  This class is run by Lindsay who has an award in pre and post natal exercise, and you're welcome to bring your little ones aged under 2 who can sit and watch from the comfort of their prams!
