Body Balance classes at LED's Exmouth Tennis and Fitness Centre have been developed and created by the exercise experts at Les Mills – the international brand name that you know guarantees results every time

During any BODYBALANCE class an inspired soundtrack plays as you bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves and embrace elements of Tai Chi and Pilates. Breathing control is a part of all the exercises, and our instructor will always provide options for those just getting started or anyone who wants to push just that little bit further. You’ll strengthen your entire body and leave the class feeling calm and centered. Happy.

This fusion of Yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates help to build flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centered and calm. Controlled breathing, concentration and a careful structured series of stretches, moves and poses to music creates a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance.
