An ancient practice that is said to have originated in India, LED’s Yoga classes at Exmouth Leisure Centre draw from the deep pool of yoga poses and breathing techniques that are simply brilliant tools for the crazy world we all live in today

Strengthening and stretching your body and soothing your mind the postures will always start simple, but can always be progressive and challenging - the emphasis is on helping you to become focused, stronger and more relaxed whilst providing you with a cardio element to help improve your circulation and work your heart & lungs

Yoga can help you sleep better, feel more energised and help you move more easily, the low impact postures and combination of heart raising movements in our Yoga classes will also help to keep your joints healthy
