It’s also a good stress buster at the end of a busy day – you'll make plenty of contact with the pads so you can really let it all go.  It's one of the most effective forms of cross-training available today and is always fun, energetic and addictive!

Allowing you to develop superior upper body strength, core strength, speed and agility, cardiovascular fitness and improved posture all at the same time!  Thump Boxing classes are great for all ages and fitness levels and are an all over cardio and strength training workout that will help improve endurance, co-ordination and stamina
