Resistance training meets aerobic exercise at LED's Adult MMA at Exmouth Leisure Centre.  This powerful class combines boxing and mixed martial arts moves bringing you a fierce training session! 

Adult MMA classes are a great choice for those who want a full body workout, without spending hours in the gym. The martial arts moves focus on body conditioning, with intense toning of the abs and core strength. Add cardio and you’ve got a workout that will help build a strong, lean body. You’ll also improve agility, stamina and co-ordination – while burning hundreds of calories
