Body Balance classes at LED's Exmouth Leisure Centre have been developed and created by the exercise experts at Les Mills – the international brand name that you know guarantees results every time
During any BODYBALANCE class an inspired soundtrack plays as you bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves and embrace elements of Tai Chi and Pilates. Breathing control is a part of all the exercises, and our instructors will always provide options for those just getting started or anyone who wants to push just that little bit further. You’ll strengthen your entire body and leave the class feeling calm and centered. Happy.

I was worried that I wasn’t bendy enough for this class but the instructor was amazing and gave me options for all of the exercises. The other people were a down-to-earth, friendly bunch, who made me feel really welcome. Even just one class a week is enough to stretch and de-stress me – brilliant!
