Terms & Conditions For all Parties
Full payment is required to secure the booking
A signed booking form will need to be completed prior to the commencement of the party
LED will provide a party host, however a responsible adult must remain onsite throughout the party booking. Please refer to any site specific requirements
It is not permitted to consume alcohol on the premises
LED will not be liable for any damage to clothing worn during activities
We advise that children do not wear jewellery and that long hair is tied back
In the interest of health and safety the guidance of the Duty Manager/Party host must be adhered to at all times
A photography permit must be completed before any photography or filming may take place
Please refer to specific conditions for pool parties
Following the initial booking there is a 14 day cancellation period where a full refund may be issued. In the event of cancellation after this period an alternative date will be offered or a party voucher issued
Should we have to cancel a party due to circumstances beyond our control, customers will be entitled to transfer their booking to an alternative day or time, subject to availability. In the event that this cannot be accommodated a full refund will be given
