LED's Aerobics 50+ exercise class at Exmouth Leisure Centre is perfect for those new to exercise or even if you just prefer a more gentle fitness session
Our experienced and supportive instructor will be with you every step of the way teaching you some fancy footwork and some smooth moves that will help keep your heart and lungs working without you even realising it!
The class is structured to focus on keeping you moving, increasing your flexibility and improving your co-ordination through carefully designed movements that will focus on the key target areas of your legs, arms and core.
Low impact moves combined with simple sequences make this a fun way to not only meet people and make friends but get a great all over body workout all at the same time.
